Terms of Use

By signing up and actively using the Worldwide Research program, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Worldwide Research may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.

We will endeavour to send out a notice to all our members regarding the new terms and/or terms which have changed. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal.

Your continued participation in the Worldwide Research program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members

• You must understand English and be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with parental consent.
• You may be required to provide identity and address verification before payments or if fraud is suspected. Accepted documents include ID proofs and address proofs.
• Only one account per individual is allowed. Multiple accounts in one household are permitted but may require verification.
• You must NOT use proxy IP. Public connections are allowed but some features may be restricted.
• You may only sign up in your own name. Credit card must also be in your name.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Providing false information may lead to suspension.
• Duplicate or incorrect personal data (address, phone, name) is considered fraud.
• Internet-based phone numbers are not allowed.
• Offers cannot be repeated unless specified (like daily surveys).
• Offer cancellation after credit is not allowed and is treated as fraud.
• Confidential survey information must not be shared.
• Fraudulent users will be permanently banned and may face legal action.
• Any abuse or illegal activity results in termination and loss of earnings.
• Cheating in any form removes protection under these terms.

Relationship of the Parties

You and Worldwide Research are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You cannot represent Worldwide Research in any manner.

You are responsible for taxes on earnings. No part of Worldwide Research content may be reused without permission.

Offer completion is voluntary and payment is not guaranteed until advertisers confirm it.

Spam Policy

Worldwide Research does not support spam. Emails are only sent if you are subscribed, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Promoting referral links via spam or mass communication is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.

Fraud Policy

Fraudulent activity such as using fake data, stolen cards, duplicate offers, or early cancellations will result in account deletion and forfeiture of earnings.

Orders

Worldwide Research is not responsible for third-party merchant products. Delivery dates are estimates only. Refunds or exchanges depend on merchant policies.

Inactive Member Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 4 months may have points locked. These can be unlocked by earning again.

Limitation of Liability

Worldwide Research is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits or opportunities.

Non-Liability

Worldwide Research is not responsible for any consequences arising from account use, including legal or financial issues.

Termination

Accounts with false or incomplete information may be terminated. Terminated users lose all benefits and cannot create new accounts.

Changes to Agreement

Terms may change over time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
